The ThrustSSC project is currently installed on the Jafr Desert in Jordan, and now developing the car for high speed runs. The objective is to run the car to over 600mph before returning to the UK for resourcing and preparation for the 6 week Supersonic Race against the US Spirit of America Team, starting September 02 on the Black Rock Desert, Nevada.
