Operations Manager Martyn Davidson normally only sees the car slowing to a stand from the Pit Station opposite Mile 1. Yesterday evening we gave a series of presentations to the Gerlach community in the local school. Martyn explained what he normally sees, then pointed out that the double chute failure on the second run had enabled him to see the car at some 350mph and thanked Andy for the privilege...
