• FABRICATION - The wide ranging skills of the company's fabrication service can best be understood by the underlying support facilities that the company has at its fingertips. It is sufficient to say that NOVA PRESSALL FABRICATIONS are considered suitable for component parts and assemblies ranging from the 'Thrust SSC World Land Speed Record Car' to some of the world's real heavy earth moving equipment. • SHEET METAL PROCESSING - By means of appropriate pyramid rollers, presses and press breaks Nova are able pre-process raw materials in all practicable sheet sizes. This is further supplemented by guillotining, turret punching, and extensive machining facilities.
• FLAME & PLASMA CUTTING - These facilities allow for profile burning to the most intricate shapes which are accurately planned to maximise on material use.
• MACHINING - Capacity includes machining centres, vertical and horizontal milling, radial and pillar drilling, turning and cut-off facilities.
• PRESSWORK - Extensive facilities up to 500 tonnes. The high tonnage presses offer cushion capacity for deep draw work.
• SHOTBLASTING - For enhanced product finish and paint preparation and other general uses, NOVA hava a full auto shotblasting facility capable of handling the largest fabricated items.
• FINISHING - Auto degrease and iron phosphate degreese are standard in-house procedures prior to finishing of products by electro-static paint spraying and baking.
• QUALITY CONTROL - All production procedures and stages are strictly scrutinised by NOVA's quality control department. This ensures that NOVA's recognised high quality in world markets is always maintained.
